Enchilada Sauce

Enchilada Sauce - 6 cups chicken stock
- 1 clove garlic; chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 8 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic Salt
- 1/2 cup white wheat flour
- 1/4 cup oil
- Mix together all ingredients except flour and oil.
- Heat over medium heat until boiling.
- Mix flour and oil to make a roux.
- Add to sauce and stir until thick.
Yields 6 cups.
