Remoulade Sauce

Sauce Remoulade - ½ c. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Fresh Dill
- 1 tblsp. Chopped Capers
- 1 tblsp. Diced Cornichon
- 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Fine Chopped Garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. 2. Garnish with crab cakes or other seafood dish as you desire.
