Remoulade Sauce

Sauce Remoulade

  • ½ c. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Fresh Dill
  • 1 tblsp. Chopped Capers
  • 1 tblsp. Diced Cornichon
  • 1 tsp. Dry Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Fine Chopped Garlic
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.

2. Garnish with crab cakes or other seafood dish as you desire.
