Spaetzle

Spaetzle (German Dumplings) - 3 large eggs
- 2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Beat eggs well
- Add remaining ingredients and beat until the dough blisters.
- Drop from the tip of a wet teaspoon, or force through a perforated pan with large holes into boiling salted water. Cook until tender (about 5 minutes).
- Drain. Toss with melted butter.
Yield: 4 servings
